Yoga Nidra
In this restorative chair-based practice, Kathleen Kraft uses poetic, yet accessible language, to guide you through the ancient practice of yoga nidra, a deeply restful and rejuvenating meditation. A prompt for optional journaling will be offered after the practice. Participants are welcome to bring a yoga mat if they wish to use one.
Certified yoga therapist and poet, Kathleen has been teaching yoga for over twelve
years. Her articles, essays and poems have appeared in many publications, including Yoga
International, Embodied Resilience Through Yoga, and What They Bring: The Poetry of
Migration and Immigration.
